The Cocktail Bartender ensures all guests are served drinks or food within the bar in a friendly and efficient manner in accordance with company standards. You welcome and greet all guest friendly, professional and sincere manner and ensure all guests approaching the Bar counter acknowledged and served. You prepare cocktails and special drinks and follow up with spot checks to ensure a consistent quality of drinks is guaranteed. You ensure that the Bar area is prepared correctly for service. The Cocktail Bartender has a complete knowledge of F&B service techniques, all menus, drinks lists and specialties offered in the Bar and served to the correct standards.
